Our staff is one of our greatest assets at Caprice. We are fortunate enough to have kept many members of our kitchen staff for over twenty years. Our front of house staff also holds impressive tenure, and are friendly and inviting.
The staff at Caprice has always been a close family, and because we enjoy our jobs, it shows in the genuine care we give in our service, and in the care that goes into preparing your meals. We want your experience here to be as enjoyable as possible.

OWNER / GENERAL MANAGER
Chris first began making regular appearances at Caprice while studying at the University of Redlands in 1997. He came on board as restaurant manager in 2002, and has remained a fixture at the restaurant ever since.
Chris assumed ownership of the restaurant in 2013, and has since worked to remodel the space, to keep the menu fresh and exciting, and to maintain the high standards of Caprice.
Sharon studied French pastry technique and culinary arts at the French Culinary Institute of New York.
She has worked in several restaurants and has also parlayed a career as an independent baker. Sharon has added many special items to our dessert menu, and she is an invaluable personality on our staff.
Sharon is happy to prepare special order cakes, tarts or desserts for any occasion inside the restaurant or to go. Her repertoire is extensive!
